  4. Tip #1 - How Do I Get There From Here?
  5. --------------------------------------
  6. If watching the video and you want to take a break, make note
  7. of the time in the counter of the Remote Control.  Click the
  8. "Go To" button, type in the time, then click "Ok!". Exit the
  9. program.  The next time the program is started, click on the
  10. "Go To" button, then Ok!".  You will be in exactly the same spot
  11. when you left!  Instant access, no rewinding or fast-forwarding.

  14. Tip #2 - Screen Saver
  15. ---------------------
  16. Click on the "Options" button on the Remote Control.  Checkmark
  17. the "Mute Audio During Slow Motion" and "Replay (Loop) Video"
  18. and "OK!" to close the dialog box. Select a 4x "Windowed
  19. Enlargement Style" with the "Playback Style" button, then click
  20. "Min/Max".  Single-click with the right mouse button to recall
  21. the Remote Control, then click on "Slo-Mo". Presto! Instant
  22. screen saver.

  25. Tip #3 - Favorite Position
  26. --------------------------
  27. Move the Video Window and the Remote Control to your favorite
  28. position on the Windows desktop.  Click the "Exit" button on the
  29. Remote Control. Go to the Motion Pixels Program Group and double-
  30. click on the "The Motion Pixels Movie Player" icon.  The Video
  31. Window and the Remote will reappear right where you left them!
  32. All settings are memorized when you exit the program.

  35. Tip #4 - Play It Again, Sam!
  36. ----------------------------
  37. In Windows '95, make sure the "Auto Insert Notification" is
  38. enabled for the local CD-ROM drive.  Each time you insert the disc,
  39. the movie will play automatically.

  42. Tip #5 - More Movies?
  43. ---------------------
  44. If there is more than one movie (or .AVI file) on a disc,
  45. for example a Movie and a Theatrical Trailer, the Motion Pixels
  46. Movie Player will display a list of titles. Clicking on the desired
  47. title will cause it to play. To re-display the list type CTRL-I after
  48. stopping the video.

  51. Tip #6 - All These Options!
  52. ----------------------------------
  53. If you are having problems playing the video fullscreen, use the
  54. "Windowed Enlargement Style" options instead of the "Fullscreen
  55. Enlargement Style" options.  Select a 4x "Windowed Enlargement Style"
  56. or "Hardware Scaling" to resize the video in a window, then click
  57. "Min/Max" on the Remote Control. This option uses the currently
  58. installed Windows video driver.

  61. Tip #7 - Use The Keyboard
  62. -------------------------
  63. Most playback functions for video in a window have associated
  64. "Hotkeys". For example, press CTRL+F to play the video fullscreen
  65. or CTRL+S to play in slow-motion.  See the video window control menu
  66. for the Hotkeys.

  69. Tip #8 - I'm Out Of Control
  70. ---------------------------
  71. Some Remote Control playback functions (fast-forward, rewind, slow-
  72. motion, frame advance, etc.) only work with the video in a window.
  73. These functions are not available on the Fullscreen Enlargement Styles.
